ERIKS UK, a distributor of industrial products and services, has opened a new 5,874 sq ft branch in Belfast to offer increased stock level capability and further enhance service levels to local customers.

Within a new and expanded stock profile, customers will have access to a range of ERIKS UK’s specialist own-brand FENNER range, as well as a supply of other products including WEG IE3 motors.

Kevin Armstrong, service centre manager at Eriks UK, commented: “Northern Ireland is one of our key markets and with customer demand increasing rapidly, we have decided to open up a brand new facility in Belfast. Our previous site was located in a primarily retail-based area and the volume of traffic it attracted was proving to be a significant inconvenience to our customers. As such we have relocated to ensure that all of our customers will be able to quickly and easily access a much wider range of products and materials than before, and then get back to their sites with minimal disruption.”

As well as housing an expanded product offering, ERIKS UK’s new Belfast branch meets a number of green credentials, reflecting the company’s commitment to reducing its carbon footprint.

Kevin concluded: “Given many of our products are aimed at streamlining manufacturing processes and improving energy efficiency, we wanted to demonstrate that a green working environment is just as important to us as it is to our customers.”

ERIKS UK’s Belfast branch located at 40, The Cutts industrial estate in Derriaghy.
