Prysmian Group has just signed a deal for its Draka branded UC Connect System Approved Installer Programme with Redstone – the UK’s leading provider of network based end to end managed solutions.
The UC Connect concept was launched by Draka in 2012 to provide network cabling installers with access not only to Draka’s market-leading products but also to a full training and support programme and the reassurance of a 25-year systems warranty: a combination that provides a compelling competitive advantage.
Redstone is regularly entrusted with data centre fit out projects from some of the world’s leading financial organisations and is pleased to enter into partnership with a high-status brand.

Since the deal was signed in October, Draka has provided on-site training for the Redstone design staff as well as the installation team. The training is part of the UC Connect Programme. It is designed to ensure that all parties are familiar not only with the market leading products manufactured by Draka, but any new and developing standards that may reduce the potential for costly design and installation errors.
