CIE AV Solutions has announced the latest in its series of training academies for installers in AV, security and custom installation. Beginning on the 7th June in Nottingham, the company will be hosting a FREE 1-day course ‘IP Intercom Installation Essentials’ at locations across the country. Providing a hands-on introduction to the award-winning 2N range of IP connected Intercom solutions, this course delivers a detailed, interactive understanding of the specification, configuration and installation of the latest intercoms and access control solutions over an IP network.

The first session will take place in Nottingham on the 7th of June and the second in Manchester on the 28th June, with others following over the remainder of the year. Each session will be led by a team of CIE and 2N experts, who will demonstrate the full range of products and walk through demonstrations, project analysis and configuration guidance.

These 2N IP Intercom training sessions will demystify the secrets of IT networks, and the proliferation of the AV IT partnership, while giving delegates the confidence to get to know the systems and how they work in practice. Each attendee will walk away with the knowledge they need to specify and install high-quality intercom solutions as part of a fully-integrated building management or smart-building solution.
