The ITC (Infrared Training Centre) has just confirmed its course schedule through to the end of the year and it introduces several customer-led modifications and enhancements.

Its Level 1 course, for example, has now been condensed into four days from five, a move that is already proving popular for time-pressured students.  Both Level 1 and Level 2 ITC courses are also approved by BiNDT (British Institute of Non-Destructive Testing) and are PCN ready (Personnel Certification in Non-Destructive Testing).

A Premium Level 1 training package is another new addition.  As well as receiving a FLIR TG165 imaging spot meter, Premium students have a free subscription to ITC on training and ITC InfraMation conference proceedings to provide ongoing technical and applications support.

And for Level 1 certificate holders, there are also now three separate 2 or 3 day training modules; Advanced Electrical, Advanced Mechanical and Advanced Buildings.

Free webinars have been introduced into the ITC mix in the coming months.  They cover a variety of subjects and are already proving extremely popular; more than 600 people participated in the most recent live introduction to thermography. Visit www.irtraining.eu/en/webinars/webinars for future dates and topics.

One day introductory sessions are again a feature of the training programme but they now include specific courses on general thermography, electrical fault finding, building science and photo voltaic inspection.  These courses are being held at venues throughout the UK and Ireland but can also be arranged on-site if required.
